Creating custom jewelry is the bulk of my business, and what I enjoy creating the most. My customers love that they are able to request a design that suits their style, and purpose. I'm often asked to create a personalized gift for anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays for someone special in their lives. I also provide custom engraving to further personalize your piece.

How long do custom orders take?This entirely depends on the work you'd like done, my current backlog and material inventory. Smaller pieces like earrings or bracelets could be done in a matter of days. Larger, more complicated pieces, and custom engraving can take a week or more. I'll provide an estimated lead-time in my quote.
Can I supply my own stones or materials?Absolutely! If you have a stone you'd like wrapped, or put in a custom setting, or would like to source the metal your self, please get in touch to make special arrangements. I will still require a 15% deposit to cover design. If you have any questions about the amount of material required to complete a project, please contact me to discuss the design and I can offer some advise. If you need to cancel your order, any materials or stones you've provided will be returned.
Do custom orders require a deposit or upfront payment?All custom orders will require a 25-50% deposit (Depending on materials) up-front before I begin working on the project to cover cost of materials and design. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order. The exact deposit amount and terms will be confirmed in the initial quote. Images of the design, and final product will be sent for verification, and full payment must be received before your item ships If payment is not received within 30 days of completion, and you have not contacted me to make special payment arrangements (life happens) your product will be listed for sale at full price on my website.
How do I pay?The simplest method is for me to send you an invoice via PayPal. PayPal can accept all major credit cards and can be tied to your bank account. If you would like to use Interac E-Transfer, cheque, or cash, please contact me. For all forms of payment outside of PayPal, your product will only ship after payment is received and verified in my account.
How do you ship?All shipments will be sent via Canada Post - Tracking information will be provided for all shipments both for insurance reasons, and in case of any loss or damage with Canada Post. All items will be packed securely to avoid damage in transit as much as possible.
Do you have a warranty or return policy?30 Day Return Policy - You can contact me within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund - All items must be returned in the same condition they shipped - Any items returned damaged beyond normal wear (not shipping damage) will be subject to a 50% restocking/repair fee - Any custom orders that used customer supplied stones will have their stones returned with their refund - Refunds will be sent via PayPal or MoneyOrder only after the product is received and condition verified Limited Lifetime Warranty - I DO cover life-time repair, free of charge, for any damage that occurs through normal wear due to a fault in the design, or material. - I DO NOT cover damage due to excessive force. This includes, but is not limited to: - Being dropped, kicked, or thrown off a 4th-floor balcony - Running over it with your car, truck, SUV, bike, or lawnmower - Being chewed on or mangled by a pet, child, sibling, spouse, in-law, or disgruntled co-worker - Running it through a washing machine, wood-chipper, boat motor, trash compactor or vacuum cleaner. - I DO NOT cover cosmetic scratches and scuffs that occur in all jewelry as part of daily wear. I will re-polish, or re-finish for a small fee on request, and you are responsible for shipping and handling if required. - I DO NOT cover loss or theft, but am happy to make a replacement piece for the same price provided the same or similar materials are available (This may be impossible with some custom-cut stones)
